Weekly Weigh In

No change in the scale again, but I’m not discouraged. I’m still having to “make” myself drink water so I don’t forget.  My goal for the upcoming week is to get it ALL in EVERY day!!

Weekly weight update: (highest weight ever was 253)

Starting Weight – 1/6/15: 218

Current Weight – 2/24/16: 164

Total Loss –  54 (89 from my highest weight!)

Looking at photos (the one on the left is from 9/2014) helps keep me motivated!
