Weekly Weigh In

Still holding onto that Mardi Gras poundage!  No change in the scale but I think I may be ready for a smaller size jeans soon.  🙂

Weekly weight update: (highest weight ever was 253)

Starting Weight – 1/6/15: 218

Current Weight – 2/17/16: 164

Total Loss –  54

These last 10-15 pounds are going to be a bear….but I’m up for the challenge!  I’m not putting a time limit on myself but just trying to make better choices day by day.  More exercise, more water and less junk in the mouth!  The water has improved so much since I got my Yeti tumbler but I’m still not quite getting it all in on a daily basis.  Some days are better than others.  So here’s to getting it all in today….one day at a time!
