Weekly Weigh in

The decadence of Party Gras weekend is over and I managed to hold steady!  I didn’t eat “well” at all.  Ate way too much junk, but I guess all the activity and the fact that I can’t eat much helped me out.  But I’m looking forward to getting back to healthier eating.

Weekly weight update: (highest weight ever was 253)

Starting Weight – 1/6/15: 218

Current Weight – 2/10/16: 164

Total Loss –  54

This past weekend was all about having fun with family and friends and I did just that!
