Weekly Weigh In

on January 5, 2016

Well I made it through Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas without a gain.  I’m happy!  Now to get those last 10 – 15 pounds off here in the New Year!

Weekly weight update:

Starting Weight – 1/6/15: 218

Current Weight – 1/5/15: 165

Total Loss –  53

Am ordering a Yeti tumbler for my water (once they come back in stock) to help with my water.  It’s supposed to keep ice in it all day!  My water has to be cold.

Dusted off my old “Walk Away The Pounds” DVDs and have started back on them.  This will be my year to reach my goal weight!

    You go girl! We are in the same mode. I reached my “top of my weight range” for WW and am so happy. I still need to lose some, dont know how much yet, but this is the year to do it! I need to get in shape for our trip at the end of this year. I am so glad that I was a part of Pennington’s WW program “Refresh”. That was such a help! Thanks Pennington!
